Secure Administration

The *Secure Administration page is the heart of the BounceAtMyHouse web application. Business owners may access their personal administration page from any computer with an internet connection by typing the word ADMIN after their URL:

http://www.yourwebsite.com/admin/

From their personal administration page business owners can add products, edit products, delete products, search for customers, add customers, delete customers, export customer information, view inventory, add products, edit products, upload images, send invoices, edit invoices, print invoices, delete orders, check product availability, export reservations, view site reports...and much more.

Customers - Within the 'Customers' section business owners are given different options for searching, viewing, adding, exporting and editing their customer database. Through the 'Customers' section business owners can easily select what customers will receive their custom-designed HTML Newsletter. Business owners can also export their customer database to many popular file formats including Text, HTML, MS Word, MS Excel and Quickbooks financial management software.

Products - Within the 'Products' section business owners are given different options for viewing, editing and controlling what appears for sale and rent on their website. Business owners can view their entire inventory, add new products for sale, add new products for rent, edit existing products, create new categories and export current inventory to several popular file formats including: Text, HTML, MS Word, MS Excel and Quickbooks.

Rentals - The 'Rentals' section is where business owners add, edit, process, print and email all past and pending reservations. Business owners can easily view each days rented and not rented products using a simple clickable color-coded calendar view. Exporting reservations is as simple as entering a date range, selecting a file format and clicking a button. Reservations are exportable to several popular file formats including: Text, HTML, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Streets and Trips mapping and routing software, and Quickbooks.

Newsletter - Every BounceAtMyHouse enabled website has its own custom designed HTML eMail Newsletter that is directly connected to their customer database. Business owners can login at anytime and send out a digital flyer in the form of a professionally designed email to their entire customer database...a great looking and cost effective tool for staying in touch with customers.

Site Reports - The 'Site Reports' section gives a one-glance picture of the business owners current website. The site report reveals how many products are for sale and for rent, what categories are available, how many reservations are pending, how many orders have been placed ...and much more.
